Everybody wants to maintain a good physic. One dreams own doing parkour stunts in dreams,saving the innocents from dangers.Do you know where the parkour started ?.who was the first parkour person ?
The parkour was first started in France by David Belle. David belle learned parkour from his father,who is well known for his stunts.
Parkour should be learned under good supervision of a guide,because the stunts in parour are very dangerous ,if not properly executed can paralyze you for life.
